Function and Character:
1. The Machine is an orbital log saw machine for the industrial rolls. This saw has been built with the latest technology on the electronic and servo drive system, to increase the st-abilities and quality of the cuts. The working speed of saw can keep up with any type of reminders for JRT products.
2. This saw is very flexible to make changes on the diameters of the rolls being cut in very shot time.
3. The clamp system for different diameter of logs are designed for automatic adjustments, for a clean cut without deforming the cores.
4. The servo drive system, which controls the advance of the pushers allow the saw to cut any size desired within he range of the saw. All of them are programmed on the servo drive system. The automatic system regulate the sharpening system on the height of the arm based on the diameter of the blade, reducing the operator adjustments to a minimum.
