I. Design and research and development

Second, raw materials
1. Natural concentrated latex should be milky white with no obvious gray or blue color; The odor is normal (no rancid odor), and other indicators should meet the requirements of high ammonia concentrated natural latex specified in GB/T 8289—2016.
2. The PH value of silica isolation agent shall meet the requirements specified in HG/T 3061.
3. Medical grade dimethyl silicone oil should be used as lubricant.
III. Process and Equipment
1, the production environment and process hygiene requirements should comply with the provisions of GB 15979.
2. The noise during dynamic testing in electrical inspection and packaging workshop should not exceed 75 dB.
3. The cleanliness of electrical inspection workshop reaches 300,000 in static test, and that of packaging workshop reaches 100,000 in static test.

IV. Inspection and testing
1, should be equipped with electric constant temperature incubator, mechanical stabilizer, viscometer, condom pinhole tester, condom burst tester and other equipment.

V. Quality Commitment
1. Within five years from the date of production, this product will be returned free of charge in case of quality problems under the specified storage conditions.
